AZURE HOODED JAY is one of two new species of Jays that I saw in Costa Rica. A really stunning bloom of dark purple petals and sepals. The mesmerizing creamy slate eye and outer edge are contrasted by a darker blue inner edge. This is all topped off with a rich green throat. AZURE HOODED JAY has 3-way branching and 20 buds. Fertile both ways. Knock out bloom!!
