Fellow hybridizers Pat Stamile and Ned Roberts were the first to see METAPHYSICAL MOMENT and said that this is a candidate for blue eyed and edged UFs. I’m pleased to say that in some of the seedlings this has been fulfilled. This daylily is also producing many other interesting shaped blooms. METAPHYSICAL MOMENT is a beautiful purple with a medium blue purple eyezone and edge. The outer edge is a bright gold which sets off the petals. A rich green throat, 3-way branching, 20 buds. Fertile both ways.
